(Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) — Tonight, Delegate-Elect Dr. Mark Downey won his election for Virginia’s 69th House District. As a pediatrician, he is one of 314 Action’s Guardians of Public Health. 314 Action President Shaughnessy Naughton released the following statement:
