(Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) — Today, new articles of impeachment were filed against RFK Jr. for undermining public health with his anti-science agenda. In response, 314 Action President Shaughnessy Naughton released the following statement: 

“RFK Jr. is a clear and present danger to the health of the American people—he cannot be allowed to continue to lead HHS. At every turn, he has turned his back on Americans and rejected science. He’s spent decades lining his pockets with money from anti-vaccine organizations, and now weaponizing his position to advance his anti-vax agenda. His campaign to undermine Americans’ trust in vaccines and public health grows by the day and it is past time for RFK Jr. to go.”

314 Action has led the charge to hold RFK Jr. accountable since his nomination. 314 Action was the first to oppose his confirmation last year, launching a seven-figure accountability pressure campaign to stop RFK Jr. in his tracks. In September 2025, 314 Action led calls for his resignation, standing with Senate and Congressional leaders and a growing coalition of allied groups. Over 125,000 Americans signed onto 314 Action’s petition, calling for Congress to launch an investigation into RFK Jr’s dangerous tenure.

Naughton continued, “From day one, we have led the fight against RFK Jr. and today we are renewing calls for his removal, resignation, or impeachment. Until then, we will continue to recruit and field scientists and doctors to run for office to combat his reckless anti-science agenda in Washington. RFK Jr. is a political liability in the midterms—and any Republican who endorses RFK Jr.’s anti-science policies or stays silent is complicit in the destruction of public health in America.

In response to RFK Jr.’s attacks on science and health care, 314 Action launched Guardians of Public Health, a first-of-its-kind $25 million initiative to elect 100 new doctors to federal, statewide, and gubernatorial offices by 2030.
